Each tube contains 4 oz of salts.
TO USE: Add your desired amount (typically between 1/2 and 1 cup full) of salt to your warm running bath water and enjoy a relaxing soak! As with any bath salt, use caution as the tub may become slippery.
NOTE: If you do not want the dried flowers/herbs in your bath water, you can pour the salt into a mesh satchel or organza bag and hang it from the faucet under the running water. This will allow all of the salt to dissolve into your water while retaining the flowers inside.
